Music has always been an important aspect of Christian worship and Saint wilfrid's is blessed with some particularly fine musicians and choristers who assist in the offering of our worship. Years of experience in enriching traditional language is now being used to enhance the Parish Mass celebrated according to the Common Worship rite in modern language.

Choral Mass settings and ananthem are sung each Sunday morning and on Greater Festivals. Solemn evensong is sung about once a month.

Congregational singing includes the Kyrie, Gloria and Creed along with hymns from the New English Hymnal.

Aside from the regular round of liturgical music, Saint Wilfrid's (which can seat several hundred people) is a popular venue for concerts and other performances.
